Since our products are all hand-made, they may not exactly match the item pictured, but please understand that we stand behind the quality of all of our products. That being said, we offer 30 day returns. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you received, or if anything was damaged in shipping please contact us at: shopsmallduluth@gmail.com
Shipping will be done via USPS. Allow 3-10 days for delivery.
Tracking numbers will be provided.
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds for food and drink products, but encourage you to contact the businesses directly if you have questions/comments.
